Terms and Conditions 
A translation for your convenience. The legally binding version is the German version of our AGBs.

1. General Information

The goods and services offered, delivered and/or all sales in our online shop and on our homepage (www.orator.ch) comply with the general business terms and conditions of Orator AG, 8422 Pfungen (Switzerland), subsequently referred to as ‚Orator‘. If you have any questions about our terms and conditions please contact info@orator.ch.

  

2. Terms of use

Use of the Orator online shop is exclusively reserved for legally unrestricted natural and juristic persons. The order, purchase and receipt of Orator products for themselves or as a gift for a third party is prohibited for underage persons. Any data required for this must be complete and truthfully stated.

  

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

By clicking „Kostenpflichtig kaufen“ and accepting the terms and conditions you are placing an order at Orator. When Orator ships your order, a contract of sale is concluded. Goods remain property of Orator until complete payment of the sale price.

 

4. Right of withdrawal

Only sealed closed bottles in their original condition fall under our customers right of withdrawal from the contract. Please inform Orator about your withdrawal via email within 14 days of receiving our products. Excluded from our return policy are personalized products. 5. Delivery conditions

General delivery within Switzerland or Liechtenstein takes 1-5 business days. Orders outside of these countries can be placed by request. In case products are not available or delivery takes longer than expected, Orator will inform you immediately and you have the option to withdraw from the deal at this point.

 

6. Means and terms of payment

Orders at the Orator online shop can be placed with the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Postcard and PayPal. Additionally we accept prepayments. Goods will be delivered upon receipt of the purchase price.

 

7. Guarantee

Orator guarantees perfect quality of its products. If you are not fully satisfied with an order you have placed, please contact our customer service: info@orator.ch. 

 

8. Liability

Orator is only liable for willfull or grossly negligent losses. Orator is not liable for continuous online availability or technical errors of our online shops. Furthermore, Orator is not liable for links and other forms of access made available by third party websites and/or sellers.

 

9. Copyright

Copyright of the website belongs to muster-vorlage.ch or otherwise stated copyright holders.

 

10. Data protection

The privacy policy, as stated on the website, applies and is a binding/mandatory part of the terms and conditions. 

 

11. Withdrawal from booked events

Orator reserves the right to withdraw from any transaction, as long as we do not have the customer’s written confirmation.In case of acts of nature beyond our control (eg. Fire or Strikes), Orator reserves the right to back out of any transaction. Cancellations will only be accepted in written form. Cancellation is free at any time up to 60 days before the event, otherwise our customers incur the following cancellation fees:        

60-31 Days before the event 25% of the agreed price

30-21 Days before the event 50% of the agreed price

20-0 Days before the event 100% of the agreed price

 

12. Modification of terms and conditions, applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Orator reserves the right to make additions and amendments to these terms and conditions at any time. These alterations do not affect orders placed before the changes. Our terms and conditions, as well as any contracts are subject to Swiss law.

Place of jurisdiction is Pfungen (ZH).
