Apple Brandy Gravensteiner

Apple Gravensteiner, 350 ml, 41.5 % vol.

The Gravensteiner apple is an old variety, very aromatic, juicy, with a delicate acidity and an intense fragrance for an apple. It is, however, a challenging apple: it ripens early, has a low yield and does not keep well.

In the glass, this apple brandy reveals ripe, juicy fruit, a hint of honey and an elegant, long finish. On the palate, the comforting flavour of the apple’s firm skin lingers.
