Allspice, sometimes called piment or "Nelkenpfeffer" in German. Cinnamon, cloves, pepper and muscat are the dominant aromas of Allspice. Sometimes used in lieu of pepper and as spice for wonderful Christmas cookies, allspice provides a large variety of tastes.
