Bright and unmasked. Raw Kenyan Migori sugarcane juice, just as it comes fresh from the press right next to the field. Thickened and crystallized through gentle boiling right on site. Unlike refined sugar or industrial molasses, jaggery keeps the cane’s minerals and complex flavour: golden, caramel-rich, and alive with origin. Carefully fermented and distilled in Switzerland. Clean enough to sip neat, expressive enough to anchor a serious drink.
