Single Cask Rum made from organic molasses from Paraquay. 8 years  matured in French oak, pre-occupancy Touriga Nacional. Surprisingly mild for its strength. With a few drops of water, every connoisseur will find exactly their favourite strength. Very harmonious wood, warm pleasant sweetness without being sugary, restrained vanilla, caramel, beeswax and roasted aromas on the nose. Constant, long, finish.   Limited edition. Pure nature – craftsmanship – time – nothing else.  Unfiltered.
