Mandarin Spirit, 350 ml, 40% Vol
Some Ur-Mandarin trees, originally cultivated in Sicily, survived on the Greek island of Chios. That's where these unusually delicious fruits come from. Full of seeds, a lot of cleaning and preparing is needed before slightly warm mazeration and subsequent distillation. Very intense in nose and palate, this spirit captures the perfume of the mandarins and preserves it for our pleasure. Memories of taste and smell of mandarins of my childhood are instantly back.
