Allspice, sometimes called piment or "Nelkenpfeffer" in German. Cinnamon, cloves, pepper and muscat are the dominant aromas of Allspice. Sometimes used in lieu of pepper and as spice for wonderful Christmas cookies, allspice provides a large variety of tastes. We tried to preserve the bouquet of aromas in the bottle and are pleased about its soft touch and richness of flavors which develop in your palate over time.
