Single Cask Rum made from Paraguayan Bio-Molasses. Matured in French Oak, previously filled with Brunello di Montalcino. The honey golden color releases scents of fresh nuts & wood as well as sun dried hay flowers. Flavors are sweet with a pleasant bitter note on the tongue which is followed by caramel, vanilla and various spices. The smooth and silky long finish is well balanced and extends rich taste of wine, anis & herbs.
