Cacao Spirit made from the Indian Idukki bean, which was diligently roasted by Chocolate Manufacturer Garcoa in Zurich. Intensive and pure dark chocolate flavor in the nose. Outstanding harmony between nose and palate with great complexity and long finish.

We have a noble and premium-quality selection of Rum, Gin, Marc (Grappa, but may only be called so if produced in Ticino, Italy and Italian-speaking parts of Graubünden) and fruit spirits and brandys ready for you.
Additionally, we get the aromas from flavorful herbs, spices and fruits into the bottle. A variety of Peppers (Wild Madagascar Pepper, Cubeb pepper, Timut pepper, Red pepper, Myrtle pepper), Chilis – mixing this with Pepper spirit makes a great Bloody Mary - , Bergamots, Rosemary, different types of Mint, Cardamom, Ginger and even Maple Syrup.
Everything is produced from organic or wild ingredients and, of course, without additives.
In favor of flavor, we abstain from filtering.

Gin made from 11 organic spices and bio-ethanol produced in Switzerland. Complex aroma with orange blossom, lemon, cardamom and mild pepper tones, long lasting after taste and multi-layered flavor bursts. Unfiltered. Can, but does not have to be mixed.

Gin made from 7 organic spices and bio-ethanol produced in Switzerland. Soft and smooth with a gentle juniper foundation. Elegant and long lasting notes of orange blossom, lemon balm, cardamom and lemon grass. Fresh and light, almost uplifting on the palate. Unfiltered. Can, but does not have to be mixed.
GIN Canvas, 500 ml, 40% Vol
Gin made from 7 organic spices and bio-ethanol produced in Switzerland. Presents itself sturdily and rounded from the first to the last sip. With distinctive juniper flavor and clear nuances of angelica seeds, orange blossom, lemon grass, lemon balm and never ending pepper tones. Unfiltered. Can, but does not have to be mixed.
Wodka Vanilla, 500 ml, 40% Vol
Ultra soft, unfiltered, but well matured Wodka made from Swiss organic grain, flavored with Bio Bourbon Vanilla Spirit, in which additional Vanilla beans were macerated to deposit their taste (excerpt). The combination results in a very soft, supple & slightly sweet-tasting , warm tone, with elegant vanilla finish. Can be enjoyed pure and also enriches many drinks. Made in Switzerland.. ,

Raspberry Spirit LOCKDOWN, 500ml, 42% Vol
To keep up our good spirit during spring 2020 lockdown, we filled our award winning raspberry spirit in a 50 l muscat barrel. it rested there from March 16th until first lifting of restrictions on May 11th. Nine weeks exposure to french oak and the sweetness of the muscat enhanced the raspberry character and created a well rounded and smooth barrel aged raspberry spirit. We filled the result in 141 bottles. A few are still available

Yes. Our Raspberry Spirit Reserve has twice the amount of organic raspberries and is a full-bodied, earthy, pithy, creamy and long-lasting. Dive in.
Raspberry Brandy, 350ml, 42% Vol
It takes 100 kg of organic raspberries to produce 12 bottles of ultra delicious raspberry brandy. By definition the delight is costly, but unbelievable smooth and deep. Authentic to the berries from the forests. Luxury pure. The scent is breathtaking with aromas from forest raspberries, nuts, sweet notes of quince , caramel and white pepper. The aroma is fresh, intense, pure and of extreme long finish.
Wild ash - serviceberry
Wild serviceberries, also known as Ruhrbirne or in Germany as Schweizer Birnbaum or Schöne Else, have a delicious flavour. They are elegantly sweet, slightly astringent with a fruity almond flavour. This pleasure is also precious, as it takes approx. 100 kg of mash for 8 - max. 12 bottles of distillate. Unfortunately, the rose plant (Sorbus torminalis) is rarely found here, but has certain future prospects as it is resistant to heat and drought.

Pear Williams, 350ml, 42%Vol
Ripe and juicy organic pears from Valais/CH with authentic and typical endless aroma. More than you can expect. The pears have absorbed the entire warmth of the summer and developed an enchanting aroma profile. The fruits are small, the taste is big (very limited edition). Tastes like biting into a ripe Williams pear. No additives, no filtering. Produced in Switzerland.
Apricot Brandy 350ml, 41.5%Vol
Fragrant and bright yellow-red, sun-ripened organic fruits from the Valais, were hand-picked, cleaned of everything that does not stimulate eating, pitted and mashed to a tasty smoothie. A relatively short fermentation phase gave us a low but all the more substantial yield. After a year of ripening, the distillate was diluted to drinking strength and delights us with its intense fragrance, varietal fruit notes, a warm and deep jam tone with caramel hints. The finish is particularly long and in the palate gradually even more fruit aromas develop. Without additives. Made in Switzerland.

Quince 500ml, 40% Vol
Quince brandy made from organic Swiss quince with intensive typical aroma, delicate fruit and an authentic green note. Made by the sun. After the first sip you experience a rich aroma which accompanies you for a while. Produced in Switzerland. Pure nature - craftsmanship - time. Nothing else.
Hazelnut Nocciola, 350 ml, 40% Vol
Spirit and extract from roasted hazelnuts from Piedmont. Carefully cultivated and roasted by a small organic family business near Alba, we obtain these fragrant and tasty hazelnuts. Macerated, slowly distilled and then stored for 12 months, whole nuts are once again added to the distillate for the final touch. This results in a strong hazelnut flavor and an excellent harmony between nose and palate. Very good complexity and finish. No sugar and no filtering.
Mandarin Spirit, 350 ml, 41% Vol
Some Ur-Mandarin trees, originally cultivated in Sicily, survived on the Greek island of Chios. That's where these unusually delicious fruits come from. Full of seeds, a lot of cleaning and preparing is needed before slightly warm maceration and subsequent distillation. Very intense in nose and palate, this spirit captures the perfume of the mandarins and preserves it for our pleasure. Memories of taste and smell of mandarins of my childhood are instantly back.
Orange Spirit, 350 ml, 41.5% Vol
Like the mandarin, this orange is from the Greek island of Chios. This original orange, whose fruit has many seeds and is therefore no longer so appreciated for consumption, impresses with an intense, almost ostentatious typical orange aroma, great density, exciting freshness, very long finish with a pleasant bitter note. The many seed are removed by hand, the fruits (skin, juice and flesh) tempered & macerated, carefully and slowly distilled and then stored for a year.

Primal Bitter Orange Spirit, 350 ml, 41.5% Vol
Our primal bitter orange is also from the garden of a Swiss perfumer on Chios, like the primal orange and original mandarin. Not intended for raw consumption, but great in the kitchen and very appreciated by perfumers, as it provides several fragrance components at once - with a digestible bitterness that we often know from English marmalade. Thick skin with firm mesocarp (white layer under the skin), little flesh, but distinctive orange-bitter aromas. Long-lasting, an experience. Especially for friends of delicate bitterness. Pitted and juiced by hand, the primal bitter orange is briefly macerated and carefully distilled before it can develop its full flavour during storage.

Cedro Lemon Spirit , 350 ml, 41.5% Vol
The up to 25 cm long organic fruits from Sicily are the epitome of the sun turned fruit. The Cedro has a very thick peel with delicious white pulp (mesocarp), which is often processed into candied lemon peel and also tastes delicious raw as a salad or lightly fried. The whole cedro with its only small pulp is cut into thin pieces and macerated warmly, slowly distilled and stored for a year. Sun in the glass, very lemony, little acidity, slight harmonious bitter note, well-balanced and long lasting are the essential tasting notes. Unfiltered.

Buddhas Hand Lemonspirit, 350ml, 42% Vol
The Buddha’s Hand lemon (Citrus medica var. Sarcodactylis) is one of the oldest citrus varieties which thrives finger-like - without fruit, juice and pulp, sometimes grows as spread fingers, sometimes appears as a fist.Top chefs like it because of the fruity, floral and pure, intense lemon flavor as well as for the bizarre shape and appearance.Our organic Buddha’s hands grow in Corsica and are only available for a very short time.
Yuzu Spirit 350ml, 41% Vol
Yuzu fruits (Citrus x junos) have been grown in China for thousands of years, but have been refined and used for cooking in Japan. About the size of a lemon / mandarin, they contain many seeds and little juice. However, the main flavours are in the Yuzu peel.It is considered the most aromatic among citrus fruits and is also used as fragrance in the perfume industry.
The fresh, extremely complex note of Yuzu is elegant, soothing and conveys addictive potential.To be enjoyed as pure pleasure, it also refines salad sauces, fish dishes and desserts. It is difficult to obtain - in particular when it comes to the organic quality which we use - and very expensive.
Bergamot Spirit, 500ml, 41.5%Vol
The Citrus fruit Bergamot grows exclusively at the shores of the coast of Calabria and gives off the sweet smell of Italian summer nights, best known from the scent of Earl grey tea and as high note in many perfumes. The oil of the fruit has a fresh, oriental fruity and lively nose pared with a subtle aromatic note. The scent is said to improve one's mood. Our organic Bergamot spirit definitely does so in a lasting way. Not filtered & no additives. Produced in Switzerland.
Pepper Spirit Cubeb, 500 ml, 40% Vol
Organic Cubeb Pepper from India makes up the foundation of this unique taste experience. Sharpness and a warm bouquet of spicy, exotic and earthy flavors can be expected. Excellent for consumption on its own, as a replacement for cherry liquor in fondue, paired with well matured cheese, or as an accompanying beverage with red meat. Unfiltered.
Pepper Spirit Tweed, 500 ml, 40% Vol
The trio of organically grown Timut pepper, Long pepper and Cubeb pepper make up this drink. The Timut, part of the Szechuan family, has a slight numbing effect on the tongue, which highlights its strong citrus and grapefruit notes more once the taste sensation slowly returns. Cubeb, Timut and spicy Long pepper blend together well and the spiciness (capsaicin) is not distilled into the spirit. Unfiltered. A new taste experience.
Pepper Spirit Wild Madagascar, 500ml, 40% Vol
Although it is only the size of a pinhead, the wild Madagascar pepper comes across much bigger in terms of flavor. Earthy, spicy, exotic scented, black tea aromas and pleasantly rounded and mild, while long lasting and somehow acquainting you with these unfamiliar flavors so quickly. Not spicy. Unfiltered.
Allspice (piment) Spirit, 350ml, 42% Vol
Allspice, sometimes called piment or "Nelkenpfeffer" in German. Cinnamon, cloves, pepper and muscat are the dominant aromas of Allspice. Sometimes used in lieu of pepper and as spice for wonderful Christmas cookies, allspice provides a large variety of tastes. We tried to preserve the bouquet of aromas in the bottle and are pleased about its soft touch and richness of flavors which develop in your palate over time. Chili Spirit Madagascar - per request
Enjoy chili without fighting the spiciness. Sweet, warm flavors, combined with the scent of the sun and the island of Madagascar, where this small organic chili grows. Combined with Pepper Spirit Cubeb (¾ Chili and ¼ Pepper), it makes for a delicious Bloody Mary, which is best served with a lemongrass stalk. Also suitable for other mix drinks and some fine foods.

Cinnamon Blossom Spirit, 350 ml, 41% Vol
The cinnamon flower is the bud of the Cassia tree, a relative of the cinnamon tree. The small hard "Nägeli" carry the aroma of marzipan, cinnamon bark, and notes of clove, dried oranges and vanilla, very beguiling and creamy.

MARC Syrah, 350 ml, 42% Vol
Made from AOC Syrah grapes from Valais. An expressive Marc with a long-lasting smell and equally impressive taste. Warm, earthy, and typical for a Syrah with some mild violet and cherry notes.
Quantities are very limited (79 bottles). Unfiltered. Produced in Switzerland
MARC Pinot Noir, 350ml, 42% Vol
from Pinot Noir grapes from Hallau, the largest wine-growing village in German-speaking Switzerland. A Marc with a clear varietal Pinot Noir character, slightly sweet scent of berries, plums and nuances of almonds and violets. On the palate, it keeps what the fragrance promises. Dry and supple, slightly tingling. Medium-length finish. Unfiltered. Made in Switzerland.
MARC Diolinoir 500 ml, 42.5% Vol
Made from AOC Diolinoir grapes from Valais. Diolinoir is a breed between Rouge de Diolly and Pinot Noir created in 1970. A Marc with a fresh Diolinoir character, with smells of wild cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate and a hint of mint in both the nose and the mouth. Filling with an extended exit and slight sweet sensations. Limited Quantity. Unfiltered. Produced in Switzerland.
MARC Diolinoir, Avarone 350 ml, 43% Vol
Made from AOC Diolinoir grapes from Valais. The grapes were harvested late and dried on wooden racks and vinified only after loss of approximately 2/3 of the liquid they contain. The result is an elegant, ripe Marc with a complex flavor profile that consists of berries, raisins, honey and caramel, with intense and hearty notes. This is what Grappa should taste like. Limited quantities. Unfiltered. Produced in Switzerland.
MARC Pinot Noir, Appassito 350 ml, 43% Vol
Made from dried AOC Pinot Noir grapes from Valais. A Marc with a typical Pinot Noir flavor profile. Slightly sweet smell like berries and dried figs, with a hint of vanilla, pepper and caramel. Its smell does not promise too much, as it is matched by its flavor. Very Limited Quantities. Unfiltered. Produced in Switzerland.
MARC Touriga Nacional, 500 ml, 42% Vol
An elegant, full-bodied and fruity Marc (Grappa) made from the pomace of portoguese Touriga Nacional grapes. The Swiss premium winemaker Peter Eckert cultivates the local AOC grape in his Quintas das Marias winery in the Dão Valley in Portugal. For his outstanding work he has been awarded the Winemaker of the Year award at the Wines of Portugal Challenge. We receive his carefully vinified pomace via overnight transport and can process it into our delicate Marc immediately.
Rum White, 500ml, 40%Vol
Phenomenal smell and flavor with strong tones of caramel, vanilla, liquorish and dried fruits. Sweet and smooth finish. Produced from organic molasses from Paraguay. No additives. Vigilantly and slowly fermented at low temperatures. Distilled with care and then matured for 2 years in steel tanks. Exciting for both the nose and the tongue for all Rum-lovers. Unfiltered. The honey golden color releases scents of fresh nuts & wood as well as sun dried hay flowers. Flavors are sweet with a pleasant bitter note on the tongue which is followed by caramel, vanilla and various spices. The smooth and silky long finish is well balanced and extends rich taste of wine, anis & herbs.
Rum, Single Cask, Barrel #2, Cask Strength, Special Edition Orator / Rum Rarities, 500ml, 66.9%
Single Cask / Cask Strength Rum made from Paraguayan Bio-Molasses. Distilled in October 2016 and matured in French Oak, previously filled with Brunello di Montalcino, from Podere Il Cocco, one of the few organic producers of Brunello. Bottled in September 2019. The bronco golden color releases scents of fresh nuts & wood as well as sun dried hay flowers. Flavors are sweet with a pleasant bitter note on the tongue which is followed by caramel, vanilla and various spices. The smooth and silky very long finish is well balanced and extends rich taste of wine, anis & herbs. Limitierte Edition: 90 Flaschen
The Distillation Process
Distilling is a process of separation. Alcohol evaporates at a lower temperature than water and the distilling process utilizes this fact. By slowly raising the temperature of the mash, alcohol evaporates before water and any particulate material. These vapors are then cooled in order to condense them.
